COACHING

DeC 9 Career Management Service is committed to employee and organizational development and coaching is one of the services frequently employed. Through coaching, we work with clients in recognizing obstacles to their current performance or future goals and assist them in developing knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve their goals. We offer executive coaching to individual leaders seeking to enhance leadership effectiveness.
